We have had TP-LINK Model No. TL-WA854RE(EU) Ver:1.2 for about a year and we never had a problem with it. Yesterday we changed our telephone company and they gave us a new router. The technician who installed the new router managed to connect the new router to the TP-LINK extender. However, there was a problem with the password to access Wifi, so we called the telephone company and they changed the SSID name and the password. Unfortunately this broke the connection with the extender. The problem is that we have not succeeded in re-establishing the connection. The telephone company advice was: 1.Put the TP-LINK in the socket and allow the extender to switch on; 2.Press the WPS button on the router, and wait until the connection is established. This didn't work. So we tried the option 2 on the webpage http://tplinkrepeater.net but, after following the instructions, again nothing happened. I'd like to add that in the extender, the led lights are all on and stable; the only flashing light is the Wireless. Do you have any suggestions on how to solve our problem?
