Very slow internet speeds

Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version :
ISP : Sky broadband
The speed of the system is way slower than normal. I have changed the wireless channel between 1, 6 & 11. My speeds are normally between 25mb and 30mb. With the extender, it drops down to 12 and about 3 when at a distance.
