USB Printer Controller Crash Mac

Hi,
I have an ArcherVR200v.
I am able to install the "USB Printer Controller_Utility_Mac" but when I try to run it I get an error:
judging by the stuff I find when searching for " Error: unsupported compressor 8" it seems to be a problem with old code not beeing supported anymore on high sierra.
From what I understand the only way to get this to work is to downgrade my os or waiting for a fix but I hope I'm wrong.
If there is any way to add my printer using CUPS or any other software I would gladly do so but couldn't find anything.
I even looked at the packets from the working Printer Controller on my Windows machine but it seems to be communicating mainly on port 20005, which lets me believe adding the printer manually won't be simple. Nevertheless, I tried anything I could come up with to add the printer but nothing worked.
Any help would be appreciated!
