US-CERT Advisory states
US-CERT has become aware of several key management vulnerabilities in the 4-way handshake of the Wi-Fi Protected Access II (WPA2) security protocol. The impact of exploiting these vulnerabilities includes decryption, packet replay, TCP connection hijacking, HTTP content injection, and others. Note that as protocol-level issues, most or all correct implementations of the standard will be affected. The CERT/CC and the reporting researcher KU Leuven, will be publicly disclosing these vulnerabilities on 16 October 2017.

+1. This is a serious flaw that needs to be fixed immediately. It really deserves a formal response.

Archer C50

Would like some info as well... my router is the Archer C50 with what looks to be an un-updated initial firmware version. (I'm going to look/start a C50 thread as well because just my initial foray here shows a bit complicated/confusing info on the correct firmware for different location based versions)

It's horrifying there is no statement or even a reply to this.
There should be something on the landing page, or in the FAQ.
SOME statement about mitigations or timeline for a fix is what I would expect.
For now I'm enabling MAC address filtering (someone tell me if this is pointless with the flaw)
I'm looking the list of vendors that have this patched and they will be on the top of my list for a replacement router.

Other WiFi manufacturers are releasing an avalanche of patches, TP-Link has yet to acknowledge that they are even aware of it, let alone working on firmware updates. Gotta wonder what the WiFi Support Manager(s) are thinking while keeping anxious customers totally in the dark.
