+1 This is a very serious problem, I have TP-Link C7 V2 + C1200 V2 + Switch....., If they don't create a fixed firmware, I think I will not buy TP-Link any more.

Your network security is highly regarded by TP-Link.
please see the Notice regarding the WPA2 security here:

Tp-Link please can you confirm if you planning on releasing new firmware versions to address the vulnerability in a range of WIFI routers in the next few days so that we can plan accordingly.

It's good TP-Link has finally gotten around to issuing a response but.....kind of late to this party. The Software Engineering Institute has published a list of router manufacturers and other vendors who have been notified of the flaw along with date of their response. The majority were (formally) told of the problem at the end of August and most responded immediately. The only exception, TP-Link. Here's a link to that list.

I don't know how much complaining here will do. I'd encourage everyone to email customer support about this - at least metrics are (presumably) gathered on customer support tickets.

I'm sorry but it won't be working. Because for attackers, wifi transmitting is enough to steal and expose your data. You better use ethernet cable temporarily.

It's horrifying there is no statement or even a reply to this.
There should be something on the landing page, or in the FAQ.
SOME statement about mitigations or timeline for a fix is what I would expect.
For now I'm enabling MAC address filtering (someone tell me if this is pointless with the flaw)
I'm looking the list of vendors that have this patched and they will be on the top of my list for a replacement router.

If you have a TP-Link router and use it as the default router mode, then don't be worry about the vulnerabilities. Because the attacks only targets the Wi-Fi clients or gateways that working as a Wi-Fi client. You can find more details from the author's article: https://www.krackattacks.com
For more details, please follow the sticky security advisory: http://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?101094-Security-Flaws-Severe-flaws-called-quot-KRACK-quot-are-discovered-in-the-WPA2-protocol&p=218856#post218856
