Help please

my ISP has changed today, but my RE200 wont allow me to access control panel to change it over? Keeps saying Trying to configure Range extender? and giving me options which arent working?

Any Ideas?

press the reset button for 10 seconds first, then refer to this FAQ to reconfigure :
