Unable to use the Bandwith Control on TL-WR840n router

I'm having problems while trying to type the kbps ammount on bandwith control rule settings...
I can't type it in when creating a new rule.
My router is a TL-WR840n v4 hardware and the firmware is the newest version (for brazilian users).
Did anyone have the same issue?
Does anyone know how to solve it?
