I have attached my Dell Colour Laser Printer to the USB port and it all worked fine. Next time I came to use it it said it was offline. I re installed it and it worked. Same thing offline when I next wanted to use it. I have tried turning the printer off then on again and it still refuses to work. Anybody know why?

What's the router's model number?
Check the link below to see whether your printer is in the compatibility list of the router.

And make sure the usb light is always on and your printer has no power saving mode.

Hi thanks seems it’s not on the list, therefore I assume not compatible. I will have to get rid of it and find one that is it seems.Ken

It seems to be a printer issue.
Did you test the printer with a computer directly ?

You may have a try like this:
Attempt to set the printer to online. Go to "Settings" and then " Printers." Right-click on the printer and select "Use Printer Online.
