What is the operation mode of TL-WR843N?
Perhaps the Lan IP was conflict with the WAN IP , so it changed itself.
How about changing the Lan IP to something else?

Hi, the operation is Standard Wireless Router , the WAN IP is a public IP so it can´t be conflicted, it gets it from the modem (the modem is in bredge mode). If the modem resets to NAT mode, it dafaults to 192.168.0.1 so won't make a conflict either. Any ideas?

I need it to be other than 192.168.0.1 because it conficts with a VPN network I need to connect.
UPDATE: I've upgraded the firmware to the latest version: 3.14.9 Build 140410 Rel.33110n. I'll have to wait to see if it happens again.
