Cannot install TP-Link on Linux

Cannot install TP-Link on Linux

I downloaded my driver for the TP-Link adapter I wanted to use at this pc, on which runs Linux Mint 18.2 ....
I followed the instructions which were given in the pdf file ...
ricardo@ricardo-N61PC ~ $ sudo apt-get install gcc
[sudo] password for ricardo:
Paketlisten werden gelesen... Fertig
Abhängigkeitsbaum wird aufgebaut.
Statusinformationen werden eingelesen.... Fertig
gcc is already the newest version (4:5.3.1-1ubuntu1).
0 aktualisiert, 0 neu installiert, 0 zu entfernen und 1 nicht aktualisiert.
ricardo@ricardo-N61PC ~ $ sudo make
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.
ricardo@ricardo-N61PC ~ $ sudo make install
make: *** No rule to make target 'install'. Stop.
Can anyone help me?
