Bug Fixed:
1. Fixed the router crash issue caused by Killer adapters.
2. Fixed the bug that the 5GHz Wi-Fi signal will disappear after working for a period.
3. Fixed the bug that cannot type in a VLAN ID that less than 16 under IPTV function.
4. Fixed the internet speed deceleration problem.

No.... it is for the C7 only and European models only ....

Archer C7 - Media server not visible with latest firmware of V2

I have recently upgraded my archer c7 router with v2 firmware

But after this media server is not visible in my network.

It maybe a coincidence if you computer also got Win10 FCU at about the same time? it disables SMB1 ....I couldn't see my old NAS on the network either..... see my post here :

Even the n-mode does not exist in this latest firmware update, but b/g/n together and this cause slowdown in Wifi.
So i guess i have to buy a new router and this time it will NOT be a tp-link router.Very bad from tp-link to not fix this issue once and forever.

This firmware solved nothing. If anything, it has made my network even more unstable than it already was.
The 5Ghz network is all but unusable. It essentially stops responding minutes after I restart the router. I can still see it but it won't give DHCP addresses to any device anymore afterwards and devices that are connected get terrible throughput. Devices that connect to the b/g/n network appear to get b speeds after this happens all the time. It's a complete disaster.
I guess my last resort is to just buy a new router setup. The Google Wifi mesh network stuff is looking mighty tempting at this point.

Try the Beta Firmware for your Country , working well for me even though I didn't have the Killer NIC in any of my devices...

I guess this thread was for EU version. On US version, the beta firmware is an older build than what is on the firmware page. Are you saying the beta works better than the stable release?
