Try to make a WiFi bridge for an IP camera with TL-WR802N

I have several IP cameras running with wired LAN connections via a switch to a router.
For an additional IP camera in my backyard I am not able to route a LAN cable, however my IP camera has only a wired LAN connection.
So I tried to connect this camera via a TL-WR802N in client mode to my network, trying to make a WiFi bridge to my router, but I cannot get it working.
Is it at all possible to use the client mode in this way ?

I did something similar with an old Router using Repeater Mode but had to install DD-WRT ( or try OpenWRT in not supported ) to get it to work properly ....with almost no effort actually after messing with a previous Firmware for hours..

That is also something I can try, thnx.
But the question remains: Is it at all possible to use the client mode of a TL-WR802N in this way ?

Personally I can't say as I don't own a TL-WR802N , I couldn't make Bridge Mode work on My C7 and an old ASUS 520GL or Linksys WRT54GL Router ( only needed 2.4mhz) , so I loaded DD-WRT on both the Asus and Linksys and put both in repeater mode and they both worked almost instantly for wired or wifi clients...

He means the Camera is in his Backyard , so he can't connect a cable to it to the Router in the House , he is trying to do it wirelessly , with the camera connected by a wire to a second Router. ( probably in the garage)

Thanks for the tips sofar.
Running a LAN cable is not an option in this case.
Furthermore it will be a temporary (about 1 year) installation.
Still my main question is not yet answered: Is it at all possible to use the client mode of a TL-WR802N in this way ?
I have 2 pieces TL-WR802N in the house, not in use. Would be nice if I could use one of these.
