Bought a TL-WA850RE because the spec (in Amazon.es) said that the Extender would work with Linux - I have used Ubuntu as my main OS for over 20 years and would not change to any other OS.
On opening the Quick Installation Guide I wasn't too surprised to find NO mention of Linux in any form. Further reading, accessing TP Link's support site and the forum produced no further enlightenment.
Can someone please tell me if there is ANY support at all for Linux users?

you just need to connect the WiFi from 850RE and then configure it.
