PC and tab internet connection not working on TL-WR840N

My PC and tab internet browsing in not working but ftp servers and whatsapp call is working. One of my android smartphone working perfectly and some other devices also. I went to my ISP to solve my problem but they failed. I reset my router more than twice and set all the IP again but not working. Please help me to find out solution.
