Model : RE450 (AC1750)

Hardware Version : RE450 v2.0

Firmware Version : 1.0.2 Build 2017626 R

ISP : ???

Hello everyone,

I bought a TP-Link RE450 / AC1750 to extend my WiFi coverage.
I'm using my provider's router, a TC 7200. The connection is perfect, I get maximum speed both with ethernet and wifi.

My RE450 is successfully connected to my router's 5G wifi.
My devices, a Macbook Air, a Sony XZ and a Samsung S5 Mini can perfectly connect to the router's wifi and work. They can also perfectly connect to the RE450's wifi, both 2.4G and 5G.
However, my problem is, that all three devices don't have any web connection. The wifi is successfully connected but they won't load anything. Not even bytes.
There is only one device working and that is my desktop PC (Windows 7), so I assume the problem has to do with IP / DHCP settings or something like that.

Can anyone help me, please?

Thanks a lot in advance!!

Same problem here

Yesterday my range extender suddenly left me without internet connection even I was connected to the extender so I thought that it would be my connection's problem, but I tried to connect directly to my router and it worked perfectly so the problem was in the extender...I tried everything power off/power on reset 2/3 times but it still didn't work.
Than I waited 1 day but the problem is still here
Can someone help me to resolve it?
Thanks

Same issue here...  Someone appears to have pushed an un-requested update...

Sorry I'm not an expert - what exactly defines a "correct ip"?

When I'm connected with my windows desktop PC via RE450s 2.4G-wifi my ip is:
2a02:908:d85:1420:XXXX:XXXX:7d11:6fc1 (I Xed 8 digits for safety reasons)
The ip adress is the same when connected via RE450s 5G wifi.
There seems to be no ipv4 adress.

When I connect directly to my routers wifi my ip adress is 37.201.XXX.XX.

When I'm connected with my Macbook Air to the 2.4G or 5G RE450s wifi I have no web connection and therefore can't access any website which tells me my IP adress.
In the network settings I see this:

it seems the DHCP server in RE450 has some issue, try to disable it
