No Access Point option in Archer C1200 V2

Hardware version: Archer C1200 v2.0
Firmware version: 2.0.0 Build 20170206 rel.46023 (EU)
In the website of http://www.tp-link.com/us/download/Archer-C1200_V2.html there is a video link about "how to turn router into an access point", but the video shows an option called "operation mode", but my TP-Link Archer C1200 V2 hasn't this option.
I have got my TPLink Archer C1200 with DHCP disabled works like a Access Point, using only wifi and switch ports and configuring the LAN ip address with an ip address from my local network.
The problem is there is a local network connection but no internet connection because there is no option to setup a gateway for the local network. I suppose that in "access point" mode it will be possible, but no with my current firmware.
what can I do? there is no other firmware version?
Thanks in advance.

The gateway IP should be assigned by your DHCP server.
Check the gateway value with a ifconfig or ipconfig /all

I can only setup a static IP for LAN network, there is no option to automatic/dhcp ip address in LAN network. For the LAN the options are IP Address and Subnet mask.

I see the Access Point operation mode in the new firmeware release v2 20180108, but when I setup this option the LAN settings in Static IP I only can set static ip address, network mask and gateway, but where do I set the dns servers? I don't see where i can setup the dns servers.

Normally DHCP should not be on , on the secondary Router (AP only) and it should be plugged to a LAN port Not the Wan port of the main Router so DHCP,DNS etc is all done by the Main Router.
This is how my C7 V2 is configured as it does not have Operation Modes anyway... However if you Bridge the LAN Port on the Main Router (ie your ISP's Router) then you can use the Router normally ...ie DHCP etc is On just make sure they have different IP addresses assigned and note there is no communication between the two Routers on the Lan if Bridged.

see my post above yours..... works on every Router I have ever had , but I don't own a C1200 though .... TP link Routers I've had don't have "Modes" like Linksys and others like eg Gateway/Router/AP etc. all they do is set DHCP Off etc for you....
WDS is the Bridge mode of TP-link Routers Wifi I believe, I don't use it
