Hello,
I purchased a router Archer C2(EU) ver 1.0 dual band 2.4ghz & 5ghz
Approximately 3 days everything worked fine at 5ghz but suddenly on day 3 disconnected from all devices and disappeared from list on all devices (phone, tablet, tv, laptop) in wifi list.
All devices have support of 5ghz wifi
The 2,4ghz wifi connection still working fine and visible on all devices in the list..
The router located near devices on maximum 3 meters distances.
What I have done,
1) I restored router to factory settings(By site and button reset) Restarted disconnected from power and reconnected // Not helped...
2) Tried different channels (36, 40 and etc) with multiple restart of router // Not solved problem
3) Upgraded firmware to last one (Archer C2(EU)_V1_170207) // Not solved
4) Went to shop and changed to brand new router - The problem is still continued with a brand new router :mad:..
I don't know what to do, I already used rma change and the problem still exist in new device......How can it be???
Is it possible in second device have the same issue with wifi ????
