Archer C9 USB 3 Hard drive problem SOLVED!

Model : ArcherC9
Hardware Version : v0.5
Firmware Version : 1.0.0 Build 20170104 rel.46573(4A50)
ISP :
I have an Archer C9 router v.5 with latest firmware and a Seagate Backup Plus Hub (8TB) that is divided in to 2 equal NTFS partitions of approximately 3.6TB (I did that because I understand this router won't see a drive over 5TB).
The Seagate is found after a scan and works as it should when plugged into the USB 2.0 port, but it isn't found from the USB 3.0 port, the led for the USB 3.0 port stays on when it's attached though.
Additional Information
I have tried a Buffalo 1TB hard drive in the USB 3.0 port and that worked fine.
Both hard drives are formatted as GPT type drives and as another test I divided the first partition on the Seagate again to make a total of 4 partitions with the first 2 being less than 1TB, it's still not detected?
After several Emails from the tech support they sent me a beta firmware that seems to have fixed the problem
here is the link:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UOBjQGkInrlKN8LVzja4oKKjJPDNZw5Z/view?usp=sharing
I suggest that you follow their instructions for installing firmware and check your own model no. etc but it seems like this beta is for c9v5 eu-us-jpn
TP-Link Technicians your help worked for me!

Hello Rolands,
With a WD passport 5 to, it is well working on the USB3 port. Not with my Seagate Backup... .
I tried to call the TPlink support => no answer by phone.
I sent 2 emails to the TPlink support => no answer by email
Conclusion: SAV is not existing. I have never seen a so poor aftersale's service.
