Recently many T6E/T8E/T9E users encountered the error code 10 after updating to [COLOR=#000000]Windows Fall Creators update
(1709) on Windows 10,it's more like Microsoft issue since some customers resolved the problem by updating to a newer version 17025, so we suggest you to update your operating system to 17025 or later version ( version 17063.1000 at 20180108 ), this may need you to join the Windows Insider Program to get the update, register on Microsoft website: https://insider.windows.com

Windows update KB4056892 applied to 1709 should fix the problem, rather than installing an Insider version. It seems it was indeed a microsoft problem, but they've now patched it.
