Help Ports Router TP-LINK-WR841N

Hi, I have a Router TP-LINK WR841N, I use the internet with my Network Adapter TL-WN722N, I wanted to open the ports, the IP to enter to the TP-Link Configuration is 192.168.1.1 and my IP is 192.168.1.101, I went to Forwading Virtual Servers and added a UDP Server with this port: 27015 and my IP (192.168.1.101), but it doesn't work. Tried changing the IP for 192.168.1.1 and nothing, also tried with other ports and nothing.
I want to open it for gaming, I remember a few years ago I used to do it like that, but I don't know why right now it's like that.
My ISP give me Dynamics IP's, but it change monthly... I used to change my IP by changing the Mac, I don't know if that has something to do but, I can explain how do I change my IP if you want.
