Hello guys.

In last weeks I have been experiencing a high instability in my home network, provided by an Archer C8 v1 router. Frequently all my devices are losing internet connection, forcing me to do something like change that device from 5 GHz band to 2 GHz (which looks weird to me), or rebooting the router.

For I while I thought that the instability was caused by my ISP or something wrong I did in the router setup, but today I read about a problem in google cast protocol that might be the root cause of this issue (and I have 4 chromecasts at home).

Does it makes sense? Is there something I can do to prevent this issue?

Thanks in advance.

maybe you need to contact with the support of tp-link, if this issue is caused by google, they need more information to locate it
