Settings/Advanced Settings is missing from my menu so I can't set Coverage or Access Control or anything that should be under that. In fact I don't have "Settings" at all, my menu is not like described in the manual. I have downloaded and installed the latest firmware.

maybe your device is re200 V1, it can be found in RE200 V2

Yes you're right it is. There was nothing to indicate it was an old version when I bought it. Would be better if the manufacturer had given it a different model number then it would have been obvious on Amazon that it was an old model.
