WA901ND cannot connect wireless to HH6

I spent all yesterday trying to get a wireless connection with router BT HH6 and the TPlink WA901ND v5 and I'm stumped what to try next. I've been into the admin setup hard wired set up bridge with AP and cannot get the thing to work. I've know been unable to get into it putting the IP addresses I noted yesterday. I'm stumped. I've changed my routers IP address to suit the tplink range and this morning absolutely stuck. Hitting factroy reset next. Anyone on here managed to get HH6 and this radio extender to work together?
