ISP : AG PLUS VDNT-S by Technicolor (Telecom italia)

Dear all,
I'm unable to properly configre my RE305 to connect to my modem (AG PLUS VDNT-S by Technicolor of my ISP Telecom italia).
For what I know I tried all the possible configuration methods (Wizard, Manual, WPS, App) but none worked.
I changed the security protocol on my modem WPA1, WPA2, WEP and None just to test the connection but nothing happened.
The extender has actually been configured closer to the modem.

Is there something I can do?

you can contact with the support, maybe the signal strength of your modem is too weak.

Hi,
I don't think it is a signal strength problem.
Followind the network characteristics from my phone:





If I don't use the password in the router the extender works.

Is the security protocol WPA2-PSK-CCMP supported?
Are there any limitation on the password complexity?

+1 i have the same exact problem, with the password no connection, without password connect fine... any idea?
And like to add that i don't whant to have to go throu the browser password evry time i come home, that's why i have created the password on the wifi...

Ok, update, i think i made it work, i've installed an older version of the firmware (think is 20170630) before the update for the KRAC bug, now it connect no problem, but still testing.
