Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version : 3.16.9

ISP : Mada Jordan

I'm facing a random disconnecting problem (3 to 4 times a day) on my WR940N router, I've checked the issue with my ISP provider and they said that the problem is from the routerThe router is new and attached the log.

Hi,

Did you try connect your computer to the modem direclty and setup PPPoE connection on the computer, then see will the PPPoE connection stable on the computer?
If there is no issue when the PC is connected to the modem directly, it's suggested to email the TP-LINK support: support@tp-link.com
