Archer C1200 Failed to update DDNS & Web login no show nothing

Hi, i has try to solve the ddns problem with update the firmware, but still the same problem.
i just installed the unifi with this model modem on 14th March, today i on it whole day, but until afternoon the webpage 192.168.0.1 can't login in, show empty page, no response.
and also the DDNS, both no-ip and dyndns.org also can't use, it show save, but failed to update ddns.
please advice for solution.
