Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version : 1.0.0 Build 20180208 rel.57928 (EU)

ISP : Unifi

TP-LINK Archer C1200

Problem:-
(** Problem 2 to 4 need to restart router before get in the function / web)


1. DDNS - failed to update ddns for both service NO-IP & DynDNS (temporary solution: change PPPoE to Dynamic IP and reverse back PPPoE to sign in the ddns)


2. Router management interface sometime show nothing, empty page. (tested connect with local or outsite internet also failed)


3. DHCP Server, sometime auto assign IP failed, wifi or wire cable connect same problem. need to preset static ip in pc before connect. same with connect with wifi from mobile device, some time assign ip failed. 5G wifi more serious.


4. USB Settings -> Sharing Access with FTP: sometime unable to login. (tested with account setting Default Account & New Account)
FTP Access Error, unable to connectUSB Settings -> Sharing Access
show error
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server
need to reset id&pw every time than can login, see log file below,
mean need to restart the ftp service

5. LED Control, didn't turn ON after the schedule
Night mode: Enable Night Mode
Night Mode Period: 23:35 to 06:35(HH:MM)


6. error for type Led Controller, what happen for this error ?

no matter which web browser, the management interface will meet the same issue?
Is the time setting correct?
If the DHCP server can't assign ip address normally, it may lead issue 1 and 4.
Is your main modem working properly when the router can't assign ip for your clients?
Try to reset the router since the FW is almost the latest one.

yes, tried all web browser, same issue
when the issue come, other connected device work fine.
since the router got the ntp error, i has change it to another ntp server. so the time issue settled.
reset the router also tried, same also...
