I used to be a proud owner of a VR2800v... The device synced at 99996/9997 on a 100/10 Mbps line and VoIP was functioning flawlessly!! My provider is COSMOTE (a DT subsidiary in the last years). Last couple months something (??) happened maybe a provider update or something and VoIP calls between COSMOTE and WIND (another local provider) are UNSUCCESSFUL (busy signals 408 sip reports), calls between COSMOTE and other providers don't seem to have problems VoIP-wise.
I have opened a support ticket some 10 days ago in tp-link yet they NEVER bothered to reply...
This is my last try for a solution, otherwise I will sell the VR2800v in ebay, I will make my disappointment widely known in local forums and buy a fritzbox which seems (from other users reports) to be functioning perfectly!!!
This is my last call for assistance!!!

BTW all VRxxxxv tp-link seem to have the same problem in Greece (various users confirmed reports) the last couple months yet tp-link doesn't seem to care...

Since I submitted this to the forum, I have opened tickets, sent support e-mails and I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A SINGLE REPLY, not here not anywhere else... I replaced the tp-link for a Fritz!Box 7590 that WORKS LIKE A CHARM and I am completely happy with it !!! I have decommissioned vr2800v and I will sell it, I have also stated on all greek forums I am registered TP-LINK's incompetence, additionally I will discourage people from buying tp-link products in the future :) Regards to all and good luck!

I often get a reply from tp-link support for one or two business days if I send email to them.
Not sure why yours has been delayed so long. Totally understand your feeling~

It's better to send another email to confirm why you didn't receive any reply.
Or check your junk box to see whether there is.

As I know, the aftersales service from tp-link is rather good than many other companies.
Feel sorry they lost you, such a kind customer who was very keen on their product.
Hope you will be contacted no matter how you choose in future.
