Firmware Version :

ISP :

Cannot upgrade firmware of my C7 V4.0 manualy or from internet.
It shows Invalid file type error
Any filed downloaded from this site or my country site, no difference.
Return to defaults settings does not help.
What can I do to upgrade my router firmware

Where did you download the new firmware?
Make sure you do download the proper FW as your HW version.

I recognized the problem. There are two versions of firmware for V4.0 in Ukraine. RU and EU. They are not compatible to each other, but in router web console there is not any way ti know what firmware is installed. I had RU version, try to update with EU version. That is the reason. So, please, add label(RU/EU) in web console.
