Hi!

I just bought an Archer C7 V4. I configured the router then do an online upgrade. After the upgarde I can't acces the C7's Web page. I get an "Unsupported Browser! Please update or use different browser." message. I tried every browsers (IE, Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Android Chrome)!

The router upgraded to 2018xx version, but I can download the 2017-11-01 firmware.

My C8 from time to time, will not access the web page via a connected IMac using 192.168.0.1 but will access using http://tplinklogin.net/. Sometimes neither will access the router so I power off the router and back on and it will then connect. If that does not work try power all of the devices, (modem, router, and PC). If you changed the LAN IP address, you need to use that address. As a last resort, Power/Reset the C7.

Your recomendation to use https://tplinklogin.net worked for me with the error "Unsuported web browser". But tplink changed site recently: now it is https://tplinkwifi.net
