Access ip camera remotely in tp-link m7650

HI i have a tp-link m7650 and i connected an ip camera to it and setup a virtual server to the ip of the camera with external port 3333
but now i want to access my ip camera remotely and it's doesn't show
i don't know whet to do and it's an emergency for tomorrow i have a demo to show.
is this the wan ip or how do i find it to access my camera :
