[Archer C2 V3] Can't Not login from Web

[Archer C2 V3] Can't Not login from Web

Can see the Web, But when I check the login button, the web will reflash and come back to the login page.
But I can use the iOS app Tether login the Router and change the setting, But there is so many setting can only set by the web.
I also have use the IE and Firefox and safari to Open the page, but all of them Can't login.
The app show the router firmware is 3.0.0 Build 20160713 Rel.74035
