I have TPLink (TL-WN823N V2) adapter & Windows7 Ultimate 64-bit. I installed driver TL-WN823N(EU)_V2_16031from https://www.tp-link.com/en/download/TL-WN823N_V2.html#Driver . After sucessfull installation , the TPLink utility says "Please plug in wireless Adapter".
Please solve the problem asap.

close the utility and re-open it?

try to change another USB port on the PC?

If still no success, use windows utiltiy directly and do not use tp-link wireless utility.

I manually install driver by clicking on device manger & then select choose browse driver from my computerwhich I downloaded from TpLi k website

I had the same problem and the driver from the Website didn't work for me, but the one that came with the adapter on a Disc did
