Hi, I hope someone can help.

I have two 4G SIM cards. Both work in my iPad Pro.

One works exactly as expected inserted in my TP-Link M7200 4G router.

The other does not and I can't explain the behaviour.

I insert the SIM, replace the battery, turn on the router.

After about 10 seconds my phone detects the wifi hotspot and connects. So far, so good.

Then...nothing. The app says the device is disconnected and the app keeps telling me to connect to the MiFi constantly when trying to do anything with it. Attempting to connect to 192.168.0.1 just hangs.

Using the SIM that works I checked I was on the latest version and I am.

I've corrected put the appropriate profile and APN. But even if this was wrong, why would it appear to "crash" the device?

I've tried removing and reinserting the SIM about 10 times checking I've done it properly.

Very bizarre. It not like it's giving me error messages - it just partially initialises.
