I believe it can, because I run it on my iPhone and on my iPad on the same network. You can probably have two different admin names, although I log into the same admin account on both my management devices.

Does anyone know if Deco M5 phone app be run on 2 phones for the same network?

We have 2 administartators that bothy need access to app on there phones so when one person is away the other can administer Wi-Fi.

Just go to settings and add "managers". Each one need create your own tplink cloud id....

I have 5 standalone networks on my app.

Or just login with same id on both phones!

How do you install them on the other phones? I am using an iPhone and the app (on a new install) asks me to locate by deco upon starting via bluetooth. However, the deco mesh is already working fine. In fact, the phone itself is connected to the deco wifi network. Hence, there's no way for me to get it to control the existing deco :(
