Archer vr2800 - no DHCP for 1 device

I have replaced my Sky broadband router with the Archer vr2800 and it works great with everything except 1 device does not seem to connect. It works fine with my SKY router though.
The camera is using a PoE device to provide power and data and this PoE is a wired connection to the router, no different to the SKY setup.
Other wired devices connect OK
Wireless connects OK
I have checked that the camera is using DHCP and rebooted a few times. I am about to assign a static IP and see what happens
NOTE: The IP Addressing has changed for internal devices.
Suggestions to fix / troubleshoot most welcome
