Model : TL-WR841N

Hardware Version : V12.0

Firmware Version : Can't acces the site, so yeah.

ISP :

Hello,

so I needed to change the password on my router (model TL-WR841N) and I can't acces to the site.

Method 1)( http://)192.168.1.1
- This method doesn't work neither when I try to connect through Ethernet nor Wi-Fi

Method 2) http://tplinkwifi.net
- When I try to do through this method while on Wi-Fi, it says that it can't acces this page.
- But, when I try to acces this site with Ethernet connected to LAN Port 1 (I used this port always, even in the 1 method.), it loads the site, but displays the message : Oops! It looks like you are not connected to your TP- LINK network (img. 1)

When we were setting up the router, some guy did it because he setted up the antenna, and I don't remember that he had have these problems.

Thanks for any help and sorry if I have bad English D:

try to check the IPV4 default gateway on your computer.

use that ip to login the web page of the router.

Note: make sure you do connect to the network of TL-WR841N.

Ok, so I'm for sure connected to the Wi-Fi of the router. The ip is 10.10.10.140, (that's litle bit weird, isn't it?) I enter the IP adress as a link and it says that : 10.10.10.140 refused connection. Everytime, even if I do it through Ethernet cable and not with Wi-Fi.

Btw I tried Tether and it couldn't find it because of old Firmware, but of course the Firmware is upgraded through the site, so

EDIT 1 :
Okay, so I found out that the default acces IP is not 10.10.10.140 even as displayed on PC, but it's 10.10.10.1 . It doesn't display TP-Link configuration site, but MikroTik OS (??, name of the site : RouterOS router configuration.) It's site with http, not https protocol. I'm not sure what to do, if I can trust it or not
