Uninstaller Unable To Run the Setup Program

Hello, I tried to update my device driver to the latest one and it said I need to uninstall any old driver first.
So, when I tried to uninstall the old driver, it gave me "Unable To Run the Setup Program" error instead.
I tried uninstalling it from windows safe mode, but it still give me the same error.
What should I do to update the driver?
Device: TL-WN881ND V2
OS: Windows 10 (1803)
