I own a device purchased from ebay , tplink-wa901nd 450mb .
I live in Yemen
There is a problem with my device and The agent of the company in yemen refuses to repair the device ,
Because I did not buy from him ,
this is unbelievable
Does this exist in all countries?
Should I travel to Dubai or send it to repair the device?

Do you mean you bought this unit in Dubai?

If yes, that's right. TP-Link does not provide international warranty.
