i had a tp-link TL-WDR3320 modem since 2013, but it hadn't english language (chinese only, hic)
and I can't search a firmware english for its or find the way to solve it (change to english language)

you bought this router from China?

There is no English version for Chinese product and you should contact their technical support for help.
