Hi all,

I am using W8901N modem / router.
After a factory reset, I am not able to login, although I am using the credentials presented on the label on the back of the router:
un: admin
pw: admin
url: 192.168.1.1

I got the message: The username or password is incorrect, please input again.
Any help will be appreciated.

Reset the device again by pressing reset button for almost 5 seconds. I hope then your issue will be resolved.

Factory reset basically means the whole reset of the phone and it helps the phone to be faster and remains creative and productive. If you face any difficulties with this, contact Microsoft Support to get the entire details about this.
