Archer C60 internet port not working

Archer C60 internet port not working

I bought new Archer c60 router and tried to configure for my 100mbps internet line but after configuration the internet link doesn't work. when I try to connect the internet cable to other dlink router it works fine.
As per the manual, I tried configuring by mobile app and also by computer using Ethernet cable but doesn't work
I just wanted to know how to check the internet port if it works fine or any manufacturing defect with the product
