Hi, we bought PS310U V2 for Konica Minolta Bizhub 211.


Printing works fine over the supplied "MFP and Storage Server"


application ver. 0.0.5.3 Jan-10-2012
PSM DLL v2.0.5.3 Dec-08-2008


printing works over TCP/IP(LPR) from Windows 7 and WIndows 8
scanning works over TWAIN from AbbyFineReader ...




but the device hangs/freezes. No longer visible in the application and unable to connect or ping the (static) IP. This happens couple times a day. I need to disconnect the DC power jack to reboot it multiple times a day. This is unacceptable for a working environment. Do we have a faulty unit ? RMA ?
