I wasn't sure if I should post this here or on amazon...decided to try here first.
Purchased a new TC7650 about 2 weeks ago on Amazon sold by TC-LINK and while trying to attain stable speeds
my ISP states I should have, I had a look in the modems software and noticed that channel 9
appears to be dead. I have attached screenshots (5) of all the channels.
I am in Canada using the Rogers cable network.
