Archer C50, problems with setting up Facebook Wifi
Model :
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version :
ISP :
I'm trying to set up Facebook Wifi with the Archer C50 but having no luck. The TP-link is a secondary router connected via an ethernet cable to a Sagemcom modem / router for the broadband. (So no WAN).
Downloaded and updated to latest firmware
Firmware version:0.9.1 0.2 v0093.0 Build 180313 Rel.54477n(4555)
Hardware version:Archer C50 v4 00000002
Eithernet cable connecting TP-Link
I have a facebook session open in the same browser (different tab).
Have tried DHCP Server Disabled and Enabled.
DNS server default 0.0.0.0 or 8.8.8.8
Click Set up on Facebook, a popup window appears with the text 'Connect to Network', then after a few seconds it changes to 'Failed to connect to the Facebook server. Please close this window and check your network connection.'
I can browse the internet via TP-Link, even on a guest network I've set up
Logging level set to Debug - nothing useful there. Just endless 'Send DISCOVER with request ip 0.0.0.0 and unicast flag 1' (or 0) and the occasional ' Recv no OFFER, DHCP Service unavailable'
Multiple restarts.
Have tried Chrome, Internet Explorer, Chrome on Android - always the same.
Under Diagnostics, ping comes back with the message 'Error code: 5652. No Ethernet link configuration!'
Please help as I'm about to send this product back as faulty.
