Archer C60 WiFi router randomly re-set and re-start

I recently purchased via Amazon a WiFi router Archer C60 (hardware version 2.0, firmware 2.0.0 build 20161206 rel. 60287).
As the first one gave me problems of random re-starts, I asked for a replacement.
The new C60 has exactly the same problem! Time to time, it restart and soft-reset itself. It keeps configurations (like white list access control by MAC address or the wifi name and psw) but the internal clock return to 00.00 of the first of august 2016.
Any idea to solve this really annoying issue?
