Archer A7 channel 12 & 13

I recently bought an Archer A7 router, I'm having a lot of interferance with the wifi signal and most of channels are caught up. I wanted to try channel 13 but I can't choose it from the router setup page, it only allows up to 11. I know that in the US channel 13 is not allowed but I am in Israel, where channel 13 is under the norms. ALso in a TPlink FAQ page https://www.tp-link.com/us/faq-468.html it says that channel 13 could be chosen depeding on the rules and norms of the country.. Do i need to update my firmware? i couldn't find a special one. ANy help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
