Hi, I'm Enamul here , I have Broadband Connection and it's speed 20 Mbps . Now I want to create it WIFi wireless for using photo or laptop without cable connect with my device .I have no idea about this.

Please suggest me how many Mbps TP-link Router for me ?

With a speed of only 20 Mbps, just about any WIFI router will work. Unless your speed in going to increase in the future, you can get one of the TP-Link 300 Mbps routers. https://www.tp-link.com/us/home-networking/routers/wifi-routers_1?filterby=4827%7C4828
