C2 AC750 Can't enable 5ghz band?

I was hoping this wonderful community could assist me. I can't enable my 5ghz band on my C2 AC750. I've upgraded to the latest firmware, fiddled in the settings but the band is never enabled? It doesn't show up for my macbook, phone or any of my devices and I get a strange disabled state in the admin portal. The 2.4ghz band functions perfectly. Would anyone be able to show me why?

As you can see everything is enabled, but the radio still shows as disabled? I can't connect to it from any of my devices. Would anyone know why?
