ISP : Biggnet or Varnamo energi

Can't get a Dynamic WAN IP. Have tried two different internet provider, both with dynamic IP and both working with a netgear router.

Is your modem a cable modem or ADSL one? If you modem is a cable one, you'd better try a MAC Clone on the TP-LINK Router.

Its cable modem. Tried to clone the MAC, but it didn't help

How about connecting the computer to the modem directly? If having internet access, maybe you can write down the IP parameters on the computer and then try a static IP address on the TP-LINK router to see how it goes.
